We are approximatly 3 miles from Louth. Head out of Louth on the b1200 and follow the road until you enter the village of Manby. Turn right at the traffic lights onto Carlton Road, follow this road for approx a quarter of a mile. You willl come ton a sharp left hand bend Manby house is immediatly in front of you on the right.
